Make your Pivot tables look the same but not as everybody else’s

Excel 2010 gives you the possibility to create your own PivotTable Style, so you can make your design of the pivot tables standout or simple just follow your company guidelines.

Here is a small guide to create your own pivot table style

Select the pivotTable you want format and choose Format as Table from the Ribbon.

Right click the format you wish to start from – this makes it so much easier to set.

Then you will have the possibility so give your style a name and to modify each of the different table element with the color font, background and border you wish to use.

And by choosing “Set as default Pivottable quick style for this document”, all future pivottabels in the document will have the same format..
